Transparency
Fees are set in accordance with the professional conduct rules of the French Bar, taking into account the nature and complexity of the case as well as the client's financial means.
Fees are calculated based on time spent on the matter. This arrangement is particularly suited to cases whose scope is difficult to assess in advance.
A fixed amount is agreed for the entire engagement from the outset. This arrangement provides full transparency on the cost of the service.
In all cases, a retainer is required at the start of the engagement and a written fee agreement is signed, in accordance with the professional obligations of the Paris Bar.
